FF EAI Robots Officially Join U.S. Luxury Vacation Rentals

FF recently delivered its first batch of robots to Golden Hills, a premium Airbnb property operator across Florida and Nevada, in accordance with a sales agreement. This milestone marks the official launch of FF’s first EAI Robot delivery season of 2026.

During the first delivery month, FF will focus on refining four priority verticals: Airbnb operators, premium restaurants, high-end hotels, and automotive dealerships.

FF's shipping target is 20 EAI robots in March, and 200 EAI robots for the first delivery season. For the two delivery seasons in the second half of the year, we will ramp up deliveries based on scenario-specific demand.

FF EAI robots will bring high-quality, elevated experiences to luxury vacation rental guests. They can perform a range of essential room-service tasks while enabling rich human-robot interaction and command execution, including multilingual greeting and reception, guest check-in and room escorting, and recommendations for nearby shopping, dining, and attractions.

Beyond guest interaction, during idle periods the robots can also support property operations through scheduled patrols, anomaly detection, and real-time coordination with property managers.
