On April 17th Fiona Ma, California State Treasurer, together with the mayor of the city where FF’s Silicon Beach headquarters is located, visited Faraday Future and officially unveiled California’s first EAI Robotics Education & Innovation Lab. The visit supports FF’s role as a pilot center for EAI education in California and positions the Company as a new flagship for the Silicon Beach EAI industry. Multiple areas of potential collaboration also received strong positive backing. FF’s “Three-in-One” EAI ecosystem strategy has begun to form an initial closed loop, aimed at helping elevate California toward becoming the world’s third-largest economy.
Lab unveiling & strategic significance
Fiona Ma officiated the unveiling of the FF EAI Robotics Education & Innovation Lab, the first of its kind in California. Powered by FF’s “Device–Data–Brain” flywheel, the Company is positioned to make sustained contributions to California’s economic growth and the buildout of its EAI ecosystem.
Strong support across key collaboration areas
- Treasurer Ma expressed active support across multiple fronts, including:
- Inclusion of FF products in California government GSA procurement catalogs
- Upgrading EAI education across K–12 and higher education systems
- Advancing upstream and downstream EAI industry resource integration
- Supporting new factory site selection and capacity expansion

- Chris Pimentel, Steven Bradford, and Ian Calderon attended the visit.
- David Ramirez, representing the Lynwood Unified School District in Los Angeles, was also present and confirmed the district’s intent to collaborate with FF on EAI education.
